What will happen?

This will be your rotation week at the Department of Reproductive Medicine:

  • at least 1 shift with one-to-one teaching at the outpatient clinic
  • online debate (selected weeks)
  • course in REI
  • optional shift or visit to the IVF lab

When is your rotation week?

It is the calendar week when you have the class KURS: Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility  and KLIN-SM?GR: Gynaecology Outpatient. Infertility.Clinic Rikshospitalet.

Which day is your clinical shift?

For optimal experience, the outpatient clinic is scheduled individually, and the time-points you received in TimePlan (TP) will not apply. Do not meet for KLIN-SM?GR: Gynaecology Outpatient. Infertility.Clinic Rikshospitalet. Instead, do reserve 1 or more of 30+ clinical shifts available during your week. You can only make reservations during your week. You must register by Sunday the week before.

How to reserve your clinical shift?

Use the booking spreadsheet available on the following link: https://tinyurl.com/UIOREI

  • One student for each slot only.
  • You can book any of the 30+ slots available during your week.
  • You can visit several activities, but you are expected to show up for every registration.

Where and when to meet for the clinical shift?

The outpatient clinics are either at Rikshospitalet or Ullevaal stadion.

  • Meeting point Rikshospitalet: outside from E2.3004.
  • Meeting point Ullevaal stadion ??: Entrance D — go up to 4th floor to change to scrubs, then to the clinic staff room on the 2nd floor.
  • Dress code: white coat, scrubs, indoor shoes.

The sessions start at 08:15, 12:30 or 15:55. Please arrive precisely to avoid missing your consultations.
