The scheduled lecture session for SNE4230 Research Methodology on Norwegian Social Science Data Services (NSD) on Tuesday 6 May has been cancelled and moved to 27 May 2014. Please see FRONTER for details.

We have just heard this morning that, unfortunately, the results of SNE4230 - SSR3 have been delayed until Monday 17 March. We are very sorry about this delay, but it has been due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lecture on Observation 19 February cancelled

The scheduled Research Methodology lecture on Observation due to be held by Jorun Buli-Holmberg has, unfortunately, been cancelled today Wednesday 19 February. Jorun will not be present either today or tomorrow at the seminars, but you may meet together on your own if you wish.

Research Presentation on Monday 17 February 2014

The second group of 2nd year M. Phil. SNE students will present their research to date on Monday 17 February from 12:15 - 16:00 in room HE 232. All M. Phil. SNE 1st year students should attend this session.

First lecture session - V-14 - for M. Phil. SNE students in cohort 13/15

Written examinations on 18 February 2014

Two written examinations will be held on Tuesday 18 February 2014 for course SNE4230 Research Methodology.

SSR-1 is a three hour written examination in statistics for MG cohort 13/15 only.

SSR-3 is a four hour written examination in research methodology for MG cohort 12/14 only.

The examination locations will be published via StudentWeb.
