New print system at UiO
Transfer to the new system takes place per building, and computers owned and operated by UiO are transferred to the new system automatically.
- Read news article about the new print system.
- Find out whether the printers in your building have been transferred to the new system.
- Mobilprint will be discontinued on February 1st (Norwegian article).
Faculty/staff: If you are in a building where the new printing system is in use, select the printer with a name ending in pull.uio.no in the dialog box when you print. Printers using the old system, have names ending in "pullprint".
Student/private equipment: Print with Mobilityprint on PC/Mac, iOS/Android or Web Print.
About printing at UiO
- Printouts can be obtained from the nearest printer by swiping your student card/employee card on the card reader
- Students have a quota of prints, but can pay for more if the quota is used up
- Automatic setup for UiO owned computers
Who can print?
- Students and staff can print on all UiO printers.
- Not student or staff? Printers at the University Library in Georg Sverdrup's house can be used by the public.
