The Peace and Conflict Studies program applies rigorous political science methods and perspectives to fundamental questions about the causes of conflict between and within states and the conditions for promoting and sustaining peace. This two-year MA program equips students with a range of analytic methods and substantive knowledge about these challenges, and brings in perspectives from political science and practitioners on how to analyze and address them.
