Paid for quota, but not seeing updated quota?
If you have purchased additional print quota and do not see your new quota, this may be because the systems need to be synchronized. This synchronization takes place every morning, so you will need to wait until the synchronization is completed before you see your updated quota in the new system.

Use the print self service portal
The main menu has four buttons for students. Employees do not pay for prints and do therefore only have the categories Documents and Setup. Please note that if your portal page is in Norwegian, you can change the language used on the portal.
Pay for prints / refill your print quota
Log on to the print self service portal, and click the ePay button on the main screen.
Check your balance and history
Log on to the print self service portal, and click the Transactions button. Here you see what you have printed, price, and how much money you have left on your print account.
Setup
If you have gotten a new card, this is where you delete the old one and register the new one. This is also where you change the language.
