Registration is free of charge. However, membership of ICTMD will be required by the time of the symposium. To become a member of ICTMD, follow this link. Note that ICTMD provides special support for everyone who wishes to become a member of the Council but cannot do so because of unavoidable economical, financial, or other constraints, which can be applied for online.
