Private Zoom account with UiO address

To ensure that everyone with an @uio.no address is associated with UiO, the uio.no domain is associated with our instance of Zoom. If your Zoom user is one of the accounts we take ownership of, you must choose between letting it be part of UiO's account or change your log in email. All our accounts have the features of a licensed account.

• If you have logged in with SSO and then has a username on the form: username@uio.no, you should not notice any thing.
• If you have any other UiO-email as your zoom user-name then then your zoom-user will be placed under our management.

Affiliate your account with UiO Zoom

• When you sign in to zoom or try making an account you will get a prompt to ether join the account or change email address.

• To consolidate the account press Join the account and then Continue.
• If you have a paid account you will get a prompt for refund.
• You will then be sent to a confirmation page with a link to the UiO's sign in page

Keep your account private

• When you sign in to Zoom or try making an account you will get a prompt to ether join the account or change email address.
• Click Change email address and then Continue.
• Enter and confirm the new email address.
• You will get an confirmation email with a link to confirm the change.
• The password will also be reset so you will be prompted to set a new one.
• Click sign in now to access your account.
